Week #12 Business Model Canvas
In the highly informative Zoom meeting led by ENGR. Marberth Custer B. Jael on the topic of Business Model Canvas, I was immersed in a wealth of knowledge and insights. The session proved to be a valuable opportunity to explore and understand the fundamental components of a business model and how they interconnect to drive success. ENGR. Jael expertly navigated us through the various building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, such as key activities, value proposition, customer segments, and revenue streams. His clear explanations and real-world examples illuminated the importance of designing a coherent and customer-centric business model.
Following the consultation session, our project underwent significant improvements based on the valuable feedback received. We diligently incorporated the suggestions, striving to enhance every aspect of our work. With each iteration, we aimed to make our project the best it could possibly be. We are confident that the changes implemented after the consultation have elevated the overall quality and effectiveness of our project, and we eagerly anticipate presenting our enhanced work with optimism and pride.
